Fitness has been a part of my life for 20 years. My journey first began in Bamberg, Germany when I had my first Strength and Conditioning class during my senior year of high school.  My teacher, Coach Brunnell was very adamant about using proper form and technique while lifting weights.  He focused on four basic movements, including squatting, lunging, pushing, and pulling along with stabilization of the spine.  These fundamentals I learned two decades ago are the foundation of what I teach today.
